Zoom peaks with mousewheel?

I want to assign ⌘⌥-mousewheel to increase/decrease the peak view. The 'Increase peaks view gain' action is separate from the 'Decrease peaks view gain' action. You can only seem to be able to assign the mousewheel to one or the other. Any way to make this work?
