Allen & Heath ZED 10

Hi anyone using one with Reaper? What's your take on it? Soundwise any good? Stuff you don't like? How many outputs can you get from it when not plugged to a PC? 2 or 4? Thanks in advance CM

I have the ZED 14. I only use it for routing, and the preamps with my soundcard's line in. The overall as a mixer I would put it above a Mackie and below a Midas and other high end mixers, it is great for the price. From what I can tell (and remember) it is just like the larger 48 input boards in the sense that it uses the same knobs (nice quality).

Thanks Zapp for replying. This mixer is pretty cool and seems very nicely built. I'm buying it. Got an email from Allen and Heath stating that you can get 4 independent outputs from these and since I'll be feeding it into a soundcard's inputs, it's a win win. Nice service from Allen and Heath, I thought I'd hear from them in a month or so (presales) but I got a reply about half an hour later... And with a straight right to the point answer. How cool is that? Sure won them a costumer, yes sir! :)
