MIDI track control. Like in Sonar/Cubase

Hi there, Didn't find nothing relevant in the pre-installed plugin set. And written the one by myself: Midi track controls like in Sonar/Cubase for Reaper. I've missed it badly, and it made it impossible for me to use external hardware synth at all. That's it. You are free to use, modify and improve it!

Hey HQ9000, there is a JS plugin in reaper called "program/bank switch on load" that does MSB and LSB but it doesn't have the other controls that your plugin has, maybe you can look at that one to help implement the MSB\LSB features in yours.

it works!!! finally I found a solution to get the MIDI tracks working like in Sonar or Cubase! tested with Edirol HyperCanvas, Edirol Orchestral and VSampler. AWESOME!!!!! thanks man!
