Error 0006 starting REBUILD.

I have QuEnc v1.0.0.1 - what would choosing this "nomux" option do for me, would you say? Or should I try an earlier version of QuEnc?

nathanaa There is not QuEnc v1.0.0.1. RB returns wrong version numbers in the Help\Disply Versions when it does not know how to get the version numbers of certain software. To know what version of QuEnc are you using, just run QuEnc.exe (double click from Windows Explorer)and look (is in the top of the QuEnc windows)

I *thought* that sounded pretty damn odd, having only ever seen versions in the ~.5x range. Pray tell why would it read out the way it does? Just can't find the right number or something, eh? I have v.56 [ALPHA]. So, what does that mean as regards all this, do you think?
