Easy Jamstix Question

OK, Newbee here and I have been making progress but I am looking for a good drum sound. I downloaded Jamstix 3 demo, which I plan to purchase from the awesome reviews. The problme is, I don't know how to test it. I put jamstix3_demo.dll in the appropriate Reaper foldr, but Reaper did not like it. Do I need to put the entire jamsix3demo folder in C:\Program Files\REAPER (x64)\Plugins\FX\VST ? Thanks in advance, Martin

Install Jamstix somewhere, then point Reaper path to that folder.

OK, I figured it was easy. I didn't realize you could point to more than one directory. Thanks !!

Jamstix also needs to know where its data directory is. If it's not in the same place as the DLL, you'll have to tell the plugin where it is. I use Jamstix myself - it's great :-)
