Help!!! Why does the docker and Midi editor disapeared?

No matter how much i try i can't get the docker to come up. I go to view and show docker and nothing, control + D and nothing. Its gone and its driving me crazy. I also can't get the midi editor to show up, same deal. Please. Please! someone help me out here. please!

1. Try Alt D (not Control D) 2. Try View command then Show Docker If neither of those works ... Open your REAPER.ini file (C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Application Data\REAPER\REAPER.ini) First two lines should say something like: dockheight=400 dock_vis=1 If they aren't there, type them in exactly as shown, save and close the file, then open REAPER again.

Rename your REAPER.ini file to something like REAPER.ini.old then reopen REAPER. It will restore default settings including the docker layout.
