Laptop musicians -- Suggestions for a good laptop stand solution for live use?

Greetings, So I played a show with my band last Friday which was a success but for the first time my laptop fell off the keyboard stand.. Fortunately it didn't miss a beat and REAPER kept on going just fine, I lucked out with a dell that's built like a tank evidently however I can't leave this to chance. I need a more rugged solution of course. Right now I have a standard keyboard stand and I balance a small 3 octave keyboard right in front of the laptop, it works great in rehearsal and I have gigged like this for the past year but at this venue the monitors were so loud that the vibrations across the stage shook the laptop off. There must be some others out there who gig with a laptop regularly. What stands / solutions are you using? I need one that can hold a keyboard too as well as be easy to setup / take down and hopefully even strap or velcro the laptop to it for even more ruggedness. Any advice is appreciated!

I've been using a normal keyboard stand too, but I've been looking for a more appropriate laptop only stand. I haven't found one, so I'm interested in an answer too.

Easy the stand is not the beast 

I use a heavy duty music stand like this works fine for me,although it doesn't go as low as I'd like it as I sit down to play :D MC

Would a snare stand work? I use one for my PK and it's been really sturdy.

A percussion table is the best thing I have found. It's gig ready,solid, with no slippage and a bit of room for a audio interface or even a mixer. It's made for things that get hit hard, so it can easily support a laptop safely. Awesome

As I also wanted to go the cheap way and have both keyboard and laptop at more or less the same place (rather than a seperate stand) I go with this: For the stand I cut a wooden board with a wood strip glued at the front edge so the laptop can't slip down. Works for me so far.
