mp3 plugin when updating on OS X

While it's nice to have Reaper as a single app on OS X now, it actually makes it more annoying to make sure the mp3 plugin file doesn't get overwritten. Before you would simply open the folder and move it out when you do the update. That was annoying enough, but now you have to right-click the app to show the contents. Can we please have an auto-update or somewhere else we can store the file so that we don't have to work around this inconvenience all the time?

I'm not seeing that on my computer. Can someone please chime in here?

For those of you curious, I found another thread here that comments on the issue. I wish someone would have just told me to search for it, but then again, I only found it with a Google search. Searches with the forum search tool don't seem to give me many results.

Yeah, the thread I found, which apparently I forgot to post a link to, said you can put it in either of those locations, but the usr folder is a hidden folder, so that's why I couldn't find it. So it looks like LOSER was right all along :)
