Updating GKnot apps

Hi, There seem to be new versions of the GKnot apps around (ie, BeSweet, DVD2AVI, etc). I've got GKnot V0.26. Should I update some of these GKnot apps with the newer versions? Is there any reason to? Will it stuff things up? If I can, do I just copy the progs over the old ones? Thanks.

You must not update DVD2AVI, I think all the other apps can safely be updated.

You must not upadate DVD2AVI, as khp says because the newer versions work in a different way. In the Doom9 Guide says that you have to use the SmartRipper version that includes the package, if not you can have syncro problems. BeSweet can be updated, I've update it each version, and never have any problem, the same with VirtualDub but is the lastest version included.... The other codecs (lame...) I think that may be upgaded without any problems. BYE
