Opposite Reverb Pan

Hi All, I'm trying to figure out how to put reverb on a track (i'm using the KJ classic reverb if that matters) and also double just the reverb and pan it opposite the original signal. Can I do that? I've tried to suss it out of the "Up and Running" guide, but my head's about to explode with trying to understand too much at once. Any step by step recommendations? If possible, I'd like to keep the reverb on the original track as well and split that with the other side. Thanks in advance, JC

If I'm reading the post right, you want (for example) Track A on the left and the reverb on the right, correct? 1. Set up Track A however you want. 2. Add a track for your reverb, and create a Send to it from A. Set the send to "pre fader, post FX". 3. Set up your reverb. 4. Pan A to the left, presumably 100%. Pan the reverb equally in the other direction. Unless I completely missed the point of what you were asking, this should do the trick. I use this on my guitars all the time - doubletrack the guitar part, pan to either side, and then pan their reverb opposite. It gives you a lot more thickness to the sound.

There must be a way to do it as an insert using the track channels isn't it?

Create a new track (ctrl t), put a verb in the fx menu, go to the i/o window, choose receive from the track you want to send to the reverb.
