how to upgrade?

I have an MBox that I havent used in a while. It came with PT5.3.3, and I have the original install CD only (no cd case w/serial no.). I am trying to install it on a new Dell 2.8 Ghz, with XP Pro. However I get the blue screen of death. I probably need to upgrade to 7.1, but I am not sure whether I need the cd case or not (it seems that I did before). Can I upgrade with my current CD? Do I just need to download 7.1 from the Digi site, and install? Any advice would be appreciated. Henry

You need to and then you can download it from there. I'm not sure if the download requires a previous valid code or not. The authorization code is not on a CD case, it should be on the inside cover of the "Getting Started Guide" that came with the unit.

Yeah...now i am remembering, however I cannot seem to find the manual either as I have moved several times since using it. I will go ahead and get 7.1 anyhow, and then maybe someone from digi can help me with authorization issues. So...anyone from Digi, can you help me with an authorization code?
