sysex load timing issues with Rocktron All Access 

I use a Rocktron All Access midi footcontroller to switch midi devices in my guitar rig onstage. The All Access has sysex bulk dump/load capability for backing up your presets and controller configuration. I have successfully recorded a sysex bulk dump into ProTools 5.1.1 LE via my Digi001, but when attempting to load the All Access back up via MIDI playback, I get a "buffer overflow" error on the All Access. I know from the user manual that this is because PT is playing back the data too fast, and that the All Access accepts incoming dumps at up to 65Hz (1 bit every 15ms). My question is, can I make PT play the data back slow enough that the All Access can load it, and if not, does anyone know of any utilities I can use to do so? Thanks

Ouch ! I can't think of a PT fix. Soundiver .... or a stand alone Data disk type of product from Yamaha or Alesis... and you could use this during the live performances.
