The 'END' button

There it is, on the transport bar, fulfilling your every dream of rushing to the very end of your track quickly, easily and urgently. The question is... do you?

I've never pressed it me life neva eva! I would also use keyboard commands for this - reclaim that space, say I.

This is one of the least used buttons in Reaper (together with the 'new project' and the 'project settings' buttons in the tool button area). I probably get some virtual cobwebs sticking to the mouse cursor when using one of these buttons some day.

I think I have never used it- It just makes the transport bar look symmetrical. And that's cool enough. The question is- will we miss it if it's gone? I will. Greetings, D.

The whole transport bar for me is merely an indicator of status. I could do entirely without, if there was some other way to display tempo, loop, record and sync modes.

What is a transport bar? Just kidding. I've never used the END button except this one time just a few minutes ago after having read this thread. It hasn't been that exciting. So i won't use it in the future.
