Currently the display is only showing on one monitor. This is not a monitor problem. If I switch the cable ports it simply switches which screen it displays on. The hardware purchased is: . This is a 2018 MB Pro with Touchbar. Logs attached

Hello dwhiteddsoft, I'd like to ask some additional questions to ensure I know more details. In addition to your regular MacBook screen you have two additional screens, is that correct? The reason I am asking is that I see only 1 display reported in the logs provided and 1 EDID only, so I am wondering if the app was running and visible in the top bar menu when 2 displays were connected. Yes to all your questions. As I said this hardware has 2 HDMI ports. If I am reading your feedback, maybe the one HDMI port is bad on this piece of hardware :-(
