MIDI editor:"CC selection follows note selection" doesn't work on bank/prog [FIXED!]

As first reported in : CCs in other lanes (including 31 and 33) get selected, but not those in lane 32. (v5.40 x32) EDIT: Hmmm... I quickly checked other lanes, and it also doesn't work on lane CC0 (Bank Select MSB) and Program Select. Perhaps this behavior is intentional, since lane 32 is Bank Select LSB, and these three lanes usually go together as "Bank/Program Select".

Given the recent releases of amazing expression map scripts for REAPER, both of which utilize bank/program select events for articulations, it would be helpful if these events could be selected and moved together with notes, similar to other CCs.

This has been added. MIDI Editor -> Options -> CC/Velocity lane -> Bank/program selection follows note selection.
