Stereo-flipped delay before reverb?

Could use a little help here... I want to add a short delay slapback (80-100 ms or so) to a stereo signal before it goes into a reverb. The thing is, I want the left delay on the right and vice versa. E.g. something panned to the left will have the delay sounding on the right. Hope that makes sense. Could anyone tell me what would be the easiest way to achieve this?

Use JS Dual-panner (included with Reaper) and pan left all the way right and vice versa ? Or did I misunderstand ? edit: Thinking about it a bit more, I'd perhaps set it up with two serial sends. Send from main track to delay with dual-panner to flip sides and send this (pre-fader with the track fader pulled completely down, because I guess you don't want to hear the unreverbed delay) to your reverb. (or insert the reverb right after the dual-panner on the delay track, but then you would have not so much control over the signal-amounts I guess). There might be probably an easier way but I couldn't think of any atm.
