OT: Win XP boot question

any software/utlities that tell you what is REALLY going on/loading when you boot up? (besides windoze task master) my dell core duo laptop takes a full 2 minutes to get all the way going. :( thanks in advance.

I like this utility from sysinternal (bought by MS) it shows everything that loads and then some: Lots of other good utilities on that site as well. One thing I find that really slows down a boot is having mapped drives configured.
