Burning ISO to DVD question

well the printable tops are almost like a white sheet pasted on top of the disc, i normally burn the media first then apply the cover... either way i'll try some other medias and hope they'll help

I know sticking labels on dvds and cds throws off rotation balance like you guys are mentioning. I haven't heard about printable tops though. You could be right though...not sure.
