850 TDI running without an auxiliary belt

Anyone know how far the car can travel with no auxiliary belt before the battery gives out? Ive done 30 miles with it off and have another 60 to get home. Anyone know if Im liable to make it? DDN

Well it did over 100 miles with plenty of juice left in the battery and no aux belt fitted. Lack of power steering was the main problems, and all the lights on the dash staying on, but it got home. The belt had started to unwind itself and would have cut through all the cables in its path if left on. DDN
