I did. Still a question though: Where is the setting that determines whether or not the program will add information to the filename of rendered tracks? Whenever I stem render a single track, I type name the file and Reaper adds a date stamp or the track number or track name... or all of the above. I can't seem to shut it off and I find myself wasting time rendering tracks and then using windows explorer to rename them.
I haven't got reaper near me but i think it's in the media section of the preferences. There are 3 horizontal tick boxes to take of the 3 things you can add. Search for something like "track number" in the bottom left search box, that should get you to it:)
There is this setting: REAPER Preferences/Audio/Recording/Include in filename for new recordings (Track index) (Track name) (Time stamp) I don't know how that affects rendered or glued tracks.
