track name field automatically activated

Hi, I'd like to know if track's name field could be automatically activated once I create a new empty track, so the track name can be entered without clicking on the field. Thanks

Not that I know of, but you could save track templates with common names you might use.

Another possible option is via using the ReaConsole (SWS Extensions): 1) Insert new Track 2) Press the shortcut to open ReaConsole (can be changed in the Action List - SWS: Open console) 3) Type in "n trackname" (n = command for 'set track name')
