Stop region reordering on drag

Hello all, I keep accidentally dragging regions because I have mouse drag on the ruler activated for zoom like Cubase. Is there a way to stop/disable the region reordering via left click drag on the same spot?

You could use the lock, there's a button for it on the main toolbar. Right click over the icon for the lock settings and check regions. Unlock when you need to move the regions.
