192 I/O: Calibration not working?

Odd problem...our channel one output on the 192 is hotter than channel two. We tried to calibrate using the screws on the back of the 192, but they seem to have no effect. Is there something we could be doing wrong, or could we have a defective unit? We have checked to make sure we are using the correct settings with the A/B's.

don't be surprised if you have to turn the screws many times before it moves... peace john

I have noticed the exact same problem just happened in the last few weeks. I normally dont use that output. Tried adjusting the screws fully and kept turning for ages. Still out of balance.

I had the same problem. But I was able to fix it with the screws.

There was a lengthy some time back about how the 192 wasn't capable of going far enough to satisfy some studio's (-14?) calibration requirements. Could that be relevant here?
