Picked the car up..

..on Saturday - new V50 SE Sport 2.0 petrol in brilliant blue. Really impressed with the car so far - much more refined than my Focus ST (just not as fast!!). Family pack is great with the built in cushions for my 5 year old. Just one question though before I take it back to the dealer - when turning right, the steering wheel / column makes a strange creaking noise. It's definitely from inside the cabin and not from the wheel. Anyone else experienced this noise?

Id definatly be taking it back and having a word with the dealer. That doesnt sound right to me on a new car!

Glad you like it mate - nice to see another ex Focus ST owner - your right though really miss the power!! Without a doubt back to the dealer with the squeak mate!! Matt

Think I had the same issue. Plenty of 'dealer applied grease' seemed to sort out the issue. Have no idea where the grease was applied though :-)
