Mac osx Dvtoolkit2 and plugin install problems ProTools 7.3

Hi, I guy I'm doing a bit of work for is having trouble installing DVtoolkit 2 and the factory plugins. He is running ProTools 7.3 on Mac OSX After the installation process The plugins are not appearing in the Audio Suite or inserts. None of the DvToolkit 2 functions are appearing such as nudging frames and snapshot automation. Here is the weird bit he can import and OMF without a problem. The plugins also also appear to boot , you can see the names appear as ProTools boots. His Ilock is registered with all the plugins and his mac is running the correct drivers. I have tried deleting the preference files DAE etc. but no luck.. Any ideas.. I haven't personally installed a system on OSX before only OS9 and windows. Cheers Mark

only suggestion, and it sounds left of centre because I think you would have sussed it anyway.., select the plugins.., go to 'get info' if it doesnt say 'unversal binary' ProTools will not see them.., example if it says PPC.., proTools will not see them it is a thought.
