Massive pack .. do I qualify and where?

Sorry ! another massive pack query. What do I have to own to qualify for the massive pack? I own a HD 2 system . However I never received a registration card when I bought it although it was new. I also never received the plugin pack . I have recently bought PT 6 on the Digi site but I haven't registered it yet. Can I still get the plug in pack and do i still qualify for the massive pack? By the way, I f someone buys a HD 1 and then adds a second processor card should they not be entitled to the HD2 plug in bundle?

You need to be a registered HD owner to qualify, so register why would you not want those free plug-ins that were part of your system ? Who sold you a system without registration card, very strange. Are you sure it was new

Yes the system was definitely new and the dealer was very pleasant and helpful. I also bought a 192 and 96 k box and they did have reg. cards. If I register my my copy of PT 6 and have details of my Hd stuff (serial nunbers etc) surely that proves that I bought the gear . Would this not be sufficient? Digi, any comments?

Well, first you should talk to your dealer, who should have all the details you need. Also, if you don't have a registration card, you will need to provide a copy of the original sales invoice from the dealer in order to get registered and in order to qualify for any promotional bundles. The original HDpack bundle that you might have qualified for may not be available, since it is likely that you purchased your HD system before October, 2002. (I'm basing this on your statement that you purchased the 6.0 upgrade) I believe that you would get the current HDpack rather than any previous bundles that may not be in stock. Digi CS can answer that for you, once you provide them with your receipt and registration information.
